Our forms are available in the Forms Directory in the left side menu. Forms may be submitted online or by printable PDFs.
Online forms require a Norwegian social security number or D - number.Forms in the PDF-format may either be printed, filled in manually and sent by mail, or filled in on your computer and sent by e-mail to post@sdir.no.
